This is a great punch for picnics. I recomend using fresh lemon juice as it tends to be less bitter than bottled. Also, leaving the mint in too long can add a bitter flavor. Ingredients:
4 cups apple juice |
4 cups pineapple juice |
2 cups apricot nectar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
6 sprigs mint |
2 apples, unpeeled and chopped |
Directions:
1. In a pitcher combine juices. 2. Add sprigs of mint and chill. 3. To serve, remove mint and pour juice over crushed ice. 4. Add apples and serve immediately. |
