Serving size about 3 tablespoons; you can make this even lower in calories by using light sour cream, but I don't like that stuff! Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream |
3 tablespoons vinegar (fruity, like raspberry) |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together, or put them into a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine. 2. I reduced the sugar and increased the salt, and substituted regular sour cream (Tillamook) for reduced-fat sour cream. |
