Serving size about 3 tablespoons; you can make this even lower in calories by using light sour cream, but I don't like that stuff!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons vinegar (fruity, like raspberry)
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together, or put them into a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine.
2. This recipe was taken (and modified) from the Chicken & Fruit Salad recipe at . I reduced the sugar and increased the salt, and substituted regular sour cream (Tillamook) for reduced-fat sour cream.
