Wrap up your favorite fruit and peanut butter in these Fruity Dessert Burritos. They are great for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack anytime. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
12 flour tortillas (6- to 7-inch) |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained |
2 medium bananas, chopped |
2 large kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup) |
6 -8 strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 1 cup) |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Spread 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon each pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries. Sprinkle with coconut. Roll up tortillas. 2.
