I eat this for breakfast and I feel like I'm eating a dessert!! It's so healthy and delish. I like to have this with a side of toast or english muffin!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
1/2 cup chopped fruit, any type (bananas & apples are good!) |
honey, to desired sweetness |
Directions:
