This is great for the Holidays too... you change out the types of fruits. one time use this version and next time use apples, cherries and raisins. I collected this from light and tasty. I love the apple version. Ingredients:
1 cup fat free plain yogurt (8 ounces) |
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 can fruit cocktail, drained (16 ounces) |
2 cups blueberries |
1 cup sliced strawberries |
1 medium ripe banana sliced |
1 package coleslaw mix ( 16 ounces) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 2. Add the fruit cocktail, blueberries, strawberries and banana. 3. Stir in coleslaw mix. 4. Cool in fridgerator before serving. |
