This is pretty much an improved version of the Arby's chicken salad. It is also SBD phase II friendly. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can chicken, drained |
1 fuji apple |
1/2 cup celery |
1 cup grapes, sliced |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 tablespoon sugar substitute |
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Chill or serve after preparation. |
