This is pretty much an improved version of the Arby's chicken salad. It is also SBD phase II friendly. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can chicken, drained
1 fuji apple
1/2 cup celery
1 cup grapes, sliced
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Chill or serve after preparation.
