A blend of fruits mixed in this bar is fruition. The Tastes and flavors torment you. You can not eat ONE. LOL.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 1/2 cups equal spoonful or equivalent
1/2 cup apple sauce, divided
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbs. margarine
1/2 cup apple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup died apricots, chopped
1/2 cup cranberries, chopped
1 large egg
1 egg white
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
1. 1)Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. 2)In medium bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup Equal spoonful, 1/3 cup apple sauce and baking powder. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles course crumbs.
3. 3)In a large bowl, combine apple, apricots, cranberries, remaining apple sauce, 1 egg, egg white,lemon juice and vanilla extract.
4. 4)In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 cup Equal spoonful, 1/4 cup flour and cinnamon. Add to fruit mixture, stirring just until mixed.
5. 5)Press half of the crumb mixture evenly onto to the bottom of the sprayed pan. Top with fruit mixture. Sprinkle evenly the remaining crumb mixture.
6. 6)Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes; cut with a sharp knife into 16 bars.
