Fruited Turkey Salad with Roasted Turkey Breast |

Ingredients:
6 ounces roasted turkey breast, cubed (about 1 1/2 cups) |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1/3 cup halved red seedless grapes |
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted |
2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dillweed |
1 teaspoon cider vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add mayonnaise mixture to turkey mixture, and toss gently to combine. Cover and chill. |
