This recipe goes with Fruited Streusel Muffins Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons regular oats, uncooked |
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/2 tablespoon reduced-calorie stick margarine |
2 tablespoons dried blueberries |
1 tablespoon chopped almonds |
1/2 tablespoon grated lemon rind |
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add first 4 ingredients; pulse 2 or 3 times or until mixed. Add margarine, and pulse 5 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal. Transfer to a small bowl, and stir in blueberries, almonds, and lemon rind. |
