1 1/2 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 2/3 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/4 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes |
2 eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup margarine, melted |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Place all dry ingredients in large bowl, make a well, add remaining ingredients and stir just to moisten. 2. Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool slightly before slicing. |
