Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup instant long-grain rice
1/4 cup chopped tropical dried fruit
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add butter and next 4 ingredients; stir gently. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add cilantro, and fluff with a fork.
