1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon butter |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 cup instant long-grain rice |
1/4 cup chopped tropical dried fruit |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add butter and next 4 ingredients; stir gently. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add cilantro, and fluff with a fork. |
