âWe all need to get more fruits and vegetables into our daily diet, and this dish is a great-tasting way to do it,â says Linda Stevens of Madison, Alabama. Ingredients:
2 cups coleslaw mix |
1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 cup chopped apple |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, oranges and apple. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 3 servings. |
