Fruited Chicken With Cranberries |

Ingredients:
1 large onion, sliced |
4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1/3 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon orange zest, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, place onion & chicken. 2. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, orange zest & garlic, then pour over chicken. 3. Sprinkle with apricots & cranberries, then cover & cook on low 4-5 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F. 4. Great served over rice. |
