With the holidays in the not-too-distant future, everyone looks for a different appetizer to serve. This one seems to be different, quick and yummy! Ingredients:
8-inch (2 1/2 lb) brie |
18 oz container of caramel apple dip |
1/2 cup dried apples |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
3/4 cup dried apricots |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Spread 1/2 of the caramel apple dip on top of the brie. 2. Arrange dried fruit over the caramel. 3. Drizzle remaining caramel, warmed, over fruit. 4. Sprinkle with pecans. 5. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit slices. |
