a nice chicken dish with pineapple, tomato sauce, and mandarin oranges. Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken and oranges in slow cooker. 2. Stir well, then add chicken breast pieces. 3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. 4. When you have 10-15 minutes before it is done, stir in oranges, and serve. |
