These tarts are very tasty. They look so beautiful when decorated with fresh fruit. Ingredients:
24 tart shells, baked and cooled |
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese |
1 can eagle brand condensed milk |
1/4 cup realemon juice |
1 1/2 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Add Realemon and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon into cooled tart shells. Let set for 3 hrs in fridge. 2. When ready to serve garnish with strawberry slices, kiwi slices and mandarin orange slices (or whatever fruit is in season). 3. These look beautiful on trays. I always make sure to place the fruit in the same pattern for each tart. |
