1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks in juice, unsweetened,chilled and drained |
1/2 cup canned sliced peach, unsweetened,chilled and drained |
5 ice cubes |
3 whole fresh strawberries |
1 medium banana, frozen |
8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. 2. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately. |
