This is a much healthier version of the regular milkshake.
Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen juice concentrate, thawed (any flavor)
2 medium sliced bananas
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend til well mixed & smooth.
