this is a syrup we serve in our school to get the kids to eat fruits. We use apples in ours, however can sup. any fruit you would like like blueberries and so forth. Ingredients:
20 cups brown sugar |
10 cups butter |
20 teaspoons light corn syrup |
40 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients 2. Bring to simmer 3. Serve over French Toast, Waffles or Pancakes. |
