this is a syrup we serve in our school to get the kids to eat fruits. We use apples in ours, however can sup. any fruit you would like like blueberries and so forth.
Ingredients:
20 cups brown sugar
10 cups butter
20 teaspoons light corn syrup
40 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Bring to simmer
3. Serve over French Toast, Waffles or Pancakes.
