Ingredients:
1 cup dried figs |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup pitted dates |
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts |
dash of salt |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
sifted powdered sugar |
pecan or walnut halves |
Directions:
1. Process figs, raisins, dates, and pecans through a food grinder, using coarse blade. Add salt, orange juice, and lemon juice; mix well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Press a pecan half on top of each ball. |
