Super **easy, fast, delicious and healthy recipe from the Dr. Phil show! Ingredients:
1 chopped apple (other fruits could be used, i found apple works the best) |
1/2-1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Chop apple into squares. 2. Add yogurt and mix. 3. Pour in vanilla and mix. |
