Fruit Smoothy with Strawberries, Bananas, Pineapple and Mango. Almonds added for fiber. Yogurt added for calcium. Ingredients:
1 banana |
6 strawberries |
4 tablespoons yogurt |
1/2 cup pineapple |
1/2 cup mango |
15 almonds |
16 oz orange juice |
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to a blend and serve. Best if most all the fruits are frozen, except the banana. |
