Instead of pouring a glass of ordinary orange juice, we suggest making this refreshing smoothie that's quickly prepared in a blender. Ingredients:
2 cups 2% milk |
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches |
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
1/4 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings. |
