I found this recipe on a Cornell Cooperative Extension paper. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen |
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. 2. Blend until smooth. |
