Somersize Diet - Fruits: Level One Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and seeded |
1 papaya, peeled and seeded |
1/2 cup fresh raspberry |
3/4 cup orange juice |
strawberries or mint, for garnish |
ice cube, if desired |
Directions:
1. Place the fruit and orange juice in a blender and process until smooth. Adjust the amount of juice to create the consistency you prefer. 2. For a frozen smoothie use frozen fruit or add a few ice cubes. 3. Serve in wineglasses with strawberry or mint for garnish. |
