Great for the coming summer ! Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled, seeded. chopped |
1 cup pineapple juice |
1/2 cup coconut milk, light |
1/2 cup raspberries |
1/2 cup natural yoghurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
ice cube, to serve |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except ice in a food processor. 2. Blend till light and frothy. 3. Serve over ice. |
