Found this recipe in a magazine. It had a little note to it which mentioned that the added oils are excellent for one's metabolism, brain, skin and hormone health. Ingredients:
2 ripe nectarines or 8 strawberries |
1 banana |
1 tablespoon essential fat oil (eg., essential balance or udo's choice) |
8 tablespoons live organic natural yoghurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for a minute. 2. Serve immediately in a large glass or mug. |
