This is a great smoothie that I came up with. While my daughters love to eat apples getting them to eat other fruit can be difficult but they love this! Ingredients:
1 cup ice |
1 cup mixed berry |
2 ripe bananas |
3 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk |
1 ripe mango (optional) |
Directions:
1. Peel the bananas (and mango if you're using it) then add everything to the blender and blend until smooth. Depending on how robust your blender is you may need to use more liquid. |
