note to parents: never leave a child unattended in the kitchen. these recipes are appropriate for children of various ages, 4 to 10. when a recipe calls for cooking on the stove, or using a paring knife, an adult should do those activities and let the child assist, if age appropriate.
1 banana
2 cups peach yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
blender
4 glasses
Directions:
1. Peel and wrap the banana tightly in plastic wrap. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Place the yogurt, strawberries, banana, and orange juice in the jar of a blender. Puree until smooth and frothy. Serve.
