This a diabetic friendly smoothie. Ingredients:
8 ounces ocean spray light cranberry juice |
1 banana |
1 cup strawberry, frozen |
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen |
Directions:
1. Pour the cranberry juice into the blender, banana, strawberries and blueberries. 2. Blender until smooth. Can be place in the freezer for a thicker smoothie. I make a whole batch for the work week and store in the freezer and take out before leaving for work then enjoy at work. |
