This is a nice breakfast or a summer shake. Kids love it. For a healthy breakfast, 1 shake and a Low-fat muffin. yum.
Ingredients:
1 lb strawberry, fresh
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon dried orange zest
2 cups apple juice
Directions:
1. In a blender, puree the strawberries together with orange juice.
2. Add the apple juice and orange zest.
3. Mix and pour into glasses.
