Fruit Salsa With Cinnamon Chips |

Use an egg slicer to chop the fruits quicker and easier. Instead of making your own chips, look in the snack aisle at the grocery store for Cinnamon Sugar Chips. Ingredients:
salsa |
2 kiwis, peeled |
2 apples, peeled (i like to use golden delicious) |
8 oz. raspberries (optional) |
3 c. strawberries |
2 t. sugar |
1 t. brown sugar |
3 t. fruit preserves of any flavor |
place all of the fruits into a large bowl. using a knife or hand chopper, cut the fruits into small pieces. add the sugars and the preserves. refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. while the salsa is chilling, make the cinnamon chips. |
Directions:
1. Cinnamon Chips: 2. 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas 3. butter flavored cooking spray 4. sugar and cinnamon 5. Preheat your oven to 350°. Spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon then lightly spray with the cooking spray again. Bake the chips for 8-10 minutes. Serve with the chilled fruit salsa. |
