So good and yummy! Make it for parties and is always a hit and great for breakfast, I am eating some as I type as we had a party last night for daughters 19th birthday and her hubbys going away to bootcamp party daughter is also Navy and deploys in a week for a 7 month tour
Ingredients:
2 kiwis peeled and diced
2 apples peeled cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries trimmed and diced
1 tablespoon of fruit preserves (your choice)
cinnamon chips
10 (10) inch flour tortillas
butter flavoured cooking spray
2 cups cinnamon sugar
Directions:
1. 1. In a large bowl mix the kiwis, apples, strawberries, raspberries and add 1 tablespoon of fruit preserve and mix well and cover and place in fridge.
2. 2. Cinnamon chips
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
4. Coat one side of each of the flour tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar and spray againwith cooking spray.
5. Then bake in a preheated oven 8 - 10 minutes and allow to cool and serve with the fruit salsa.
6. You can also put the wedges into a muffin pan and push them down a little and will make scoop shapes
