Don't be afraid to change the fruits around this can be made with any kind of fruit you enjoy I have made it several different ways and it is always a big hit! If you want to serve this with chips you can buy Cinnamon chips premade from your grocery store, but all my friends seem to like this as an ice cream topping as well =0) Ingredients:
2 kiwis, peeled and diced |
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced |
1 (8 ounce) package raspberries |
1 pound strawberries |
1 pkg frozen peaches, thawed |
2 bosc pears, peeled and diced |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, peaches and pears, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes |
