                    This was in Cuisine at Home magazine to go with Triple Coconut Loaf Cake. I am posting to save. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup fres strawberry, hulled and halved  |  
                                                1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced  |  
                                                1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained  |  
                                                1/2 cup kiwi, peeled, diced  |  
                                                2 teaspoons fresh mint  |  
                                                1/2 lime, juice of  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions:
