Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

This salad comes from a brand names cookbook. The addition of soy sauce to the dressing may sound odd, but believe me, it adds a special zing to the whole dish.
Ingredients:
1 pear, cored and sliced
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon poppy seed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. Combine pear, apple, banana, and orange in medium serving bowl.
2. Blend remaining ingredients in small mixing bowl. Pour over fruit.
3. Toss to coat, serve immediately.
4. You can add different combinations of fresh fruit with the dressing. Use fruits like strawberries, grapes, peaches, or mango.
