Fruit Salad with Orange Liqueur and Sorbet (Rachael Ray) |

Ingredients:
2 fresh ripe peaches, pitted and diced or 1 can whole peaches, drained and diced |
1 ripe bartlett or anjou pear, diced |
1 pint ripe strawberries, halved |
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced |
2 ounces orange liqueur, such as grand marnier |
1 pint orange or strawberry sorbet |
Directions:
1. Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine. To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet. |
