Ever end up with a fridge drawer full of over ripened and not know what to do??? Here is the solution. It helps clean out your fridge & it is healthy. You can also use fresh or dried fruit for same desired taste. Different variations include but not limited to berries, apricots, mango, apples, kiwi, any seasonal fruit Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken legs |
4 skinless chicken thighs |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1 apple, thinly sliced |
1 cup strawberry, sliced |
2 cups apple juice |
1 red onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350f - 180c. 2. wash and place chicken into pan. 3. slice fruit and spread over chicken. 4. chop onion and spread over chicken. 5. pour juice over chicken evenly. 6. cover and place into preheated oven. 7. cook covered for 45 minutes. 8. uncover & baste 9. roast for another 15 minutes. |
