1 red apple cored and chopped peeled or unpeeled |
1 green apple cored and chopped unpeeled or peeled |
1 stalk celery finely chopped |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cuof plain nonfat yoghurt - or any flavor that you prefer |
