I recieved this recipe years ago from a neighbor. It's extremely yummie, actually to die for. You can use this with a holiday meal or serve it along with some homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Or just as a light dessert after a big meal. Read more . However you serve it - it will be wonderful. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 (2-lb) cans chunk pineapple |
2 (1-lb) cans mandarin oranges |
1 (10 oz) bottle maraschino cherries |
5 - 6 sliced bananas |
2 small boxes vanilla pudding, (not instant) |
Directions:
1. Drain all fruit. Save pineapple juice. 2. Cook pudding according to directions, instead of milk use pineapple juice and water to make the right amount of liquid. 3. When cool add to fruit mixture. 4. Refrigerate. 5. Serves about 20 |
