A healthy dose of fruit and a perfect 150 cal snack. Ingredients:
120 grams sliced strawberry |
1/2 banana |
2 tbs lowfat yogurt (sub for 15 grams aerosol light whipped cream for a bit of a treat....add 10 cals. to total noted above) |
1 tbs toasted slivered almonds (perhaps sub a morsel of chococlate or itty bitty brownie) |
Directions:
1. mix fruit with yogurt (sprinkle strawberries with Splenda first if needed) 2. sprinke with almonds |
