I got this recipe from my mom and it has always been my favorite fruit salad recipe. Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries (whole) |
3 bananas, sliced |
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
shredded coconut (to garnish) (optional) |
chopped pecans (to garnish) (optional) |
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple and add to medium sized bowl. 2. Add pie filling, strawberries, and bananas. 3. Mix well. 4. Top with coconut and chopped pecans, as you like. 5. Refrigerate overnight. 6. Enjoy! |
