I love the addition of mint to this, you can choose to leave it out if you want.
Ingredients:
3 quarts unsweetened pineapple juice
8 lemons, juice of
8 oranges, juice of
3 limes, juice of
2 cups sugar
4 quarts ginger ale
2 quarts soda water
mint, to taste (optional)
1 pint strawberry, quartered
Directions:
1. Combine fruit juices, sugar and mint.
2. Chill thoroughly.
3. Just before serving, add ginger ale, soda water and strawberries.
4. Pour over ice ring in punch bowl.
5. If desired, float thin slices of lemon and lime.
