2 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed |
1 (48 ounce) can pineapple juice |
3 cups water |
1 -3 cup sugar |
2 pints strawberries, hulled |
1 (1 liter) bottle sprite |
Directions:
1. Combine the orange juice, lemonade, and pineapple juice and stir well. 2. Bring 3 cups water and the sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let cool. 3. Add the syrup to the fruit juices. 4. Place the whole strawberries into a ring mold. 5. Pour in enough fruit juice to fill the mold. Freeze. 6. Refrigerate the remaining juice. 7. When ready to serve, pour the fruit juice into a punch bowl and add the soda. 8. Float the strawberry ice ring in the punch. |
