This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried it, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
2/3 cup fage greek yogurt |
8 -10 blueberries |
3 medium sized strawberries |
5 -6 raspberries |
5 -6 blackberries |
1/3 banana |
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 scoop vanilla, protein mix |
2 teaspoons equal sugar substitute (2 packets) |
Directions:
