1 tub(s) refridgerated sugar cookie dough (pillsburry) |

2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1 cup(s) fruit juice (from pineapple) |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. CRUST: 2. Roll dough on a 14 pizza pan, bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool. 3. FILLING: 4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla & spread over crust. 5. Cover with cut up fruit 6. GLAZE: 7. Cook cornstarch, juices, and sugar in pan until thick, but let cool, and pour over fruit. |
