Another yummy recipe I found at Kraft Foods along with the pic and wanted to share because it is so good. Ingredients:
sugar cookie dough |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1-10 oz. cool whip, thawed |
2 1/2 to 3 c. powdered sugar |
1 c. orange juice |
1/2 c. sugar |
2 tbs. cornstarch |
any fresh fruit like peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, or blueberries |
Directions:
1. Roll out sugar cookie dough on pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes. Mix and cook the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch until it boils then cook 2 minutes longer. 2. Will be thicky and shiney. 3. Cream together the cream cheese, cool whip and the powdered sugar. 4. Spread over cooled cookie dough. 5. Place fruit in a circle on this mixture or as desired. 6. Pour hot mixture over fruit while still hot. 7. Cool in refrigerator for about an hour. |
