SO DELICIOUS! Great for brunch, an appetizer, snack, etc! Ingredients:
for the crust |
* 3 cups finely crushed graham crackers or pretzels |
* 2/3 cups sugar |
* 1 1/4 cups cold butter |
for the sauce |
* 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk |
* 1/4 lemon or lime juice |
* 1 tabsp grated lime peel |
* 1 1/2 cups whipped cream |
in a large bowl, mix everything together. spread on crust. cover and chill for 10 minutes. spread desired fruit just before serving. |

Directions:
1. For the Crust: 2. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker and the sugar. Add butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Place into pizza pan and spread, press and smooth. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cool COMPLETELY and then refrigerate for 30 min. 3. For the Sauce: 4. In a large bowl, mix everything together. Spread on crust. Cover and chill for 10 minutes. Spread desired fruit just before serving. 5. Use within 3-4 days. |
