This is a really yummy pastry. This is another one of my adopted recipes, and one that I need to try myself. Ingredients:
650 g flour |
2 g baking powder |
300 g margarine |
200 g sugar |
2 g salt |
30 g powdered milk |
120 g eggs |
420 g fruit jam |
420 g fruit jam |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients. 2. Add butter and rest of ingredients. 3. Place jelly in the center of pastry and roll up. 4. Bake at 180C or 350F for 10 min on each side. |
