Quick and easy energy bar Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnut pieces |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds |
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup seven-grain cereal |
1/2 cup cashews |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
3/4 cup molasses |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 cup quick oats (dry) |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Add molasses and stir until combined. 3. Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16 cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes. 5. Allow to cool 6. Cut into bars. |
